European countries easing lockdown restrictions as COVID19 numbers fall

Belgium is slowly lifting lockdown measures, with shops reopening on Monday with strict social distancing measures in place. 

Cafes and restaurants can start to reopen from the 8th June. 

It comes as other countries like France and Spain take steps to loosen confinement measures imposed since March.
