Uganda has confirmed an outbreak of Yellow Fever in the North and Western part of the country.
The viral infection has already killed three people out of the four that tested positive.
The Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization have dispatched Rapid Response Teams to the affected areas to support investigations, active search for cases, community mobilization and sensitization
