The Mail on Sunday newspaper says there is a 'huge and legitimate public interest' in the Royal Family's personal relationships, as it launches its legal defence against a claim brought by Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex.
She's suing the newspaper over the publication of a letter she wrote to her father in 2018.
But it's emerged her father Thomas Markle could testify against his daughter in the case.
