Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky declared a day of national mourning on Thursday honouring the 176 victims of the plane crash in Iran on January 8. According to Iran's preliminary report the crew of the jetliner were trying to return to the airport shortly after take off and never made a radio call for help. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
