Intro:
The African Union and the United Nations are against external interference in the Libya Crisis saying it will deepen the conflict .
This comes as the first Turkish troops arrive in Libya to support the UN-backed Government of National Accord.
The UN is concerned that the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Jordan and Russia are also funding the opposing faction, The Libyan National Army.
