FAA saw risks prior to Boeing 737 MAX crash

The Federal Aviation Administration allowed 737 MAX jets to remain in
the skies after its first crash despite being aware of the risks.

The FAA's November 2018 internal analysis has been released at a House
committee hearing in Washington.
