Russia widening patrol areas in northern Syria

Russia is expanding the areas that it is patrolling in north-eastern Syria.

Defence ministry helicopters are carrying out patrols along the Syrian-Turkish border, part of a plan agreed by the Russian and Turkish presidents in Sochi in October.
