The UK opposition Labour Party is promising free high speed broadband for all in a major election pledge.
Labour says every home and business in Britain will get full-fibre internet by 2030.
It says it will achieve this at a cost of £20bn ($25bn) and with the part-nationalisation of telecoms firm BT.
Labour also plans a tax on tech giants to pay for the project.
The party's rivals say the plan is unaffordable and unworkable.
Tech expert Matt Howett agrees.
