The acting U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine has told the first public
impeachment hearing against President Donald Trump that withholding
aid to an ally was "crazy".
Bill Taylor also said President Trump "cared more" about his political
rival Joe Biden than the welfare of Ukraine.
