A former employee of the UK's consulate in Hong Kong says he was tortured and accused of inciting political unrest when he visited mainland China.
Simon Cheng, a Hong Kong citizen, had worked for the British government for almost two years.
But in August, while there for a work trip, he claims he was detained, tortured, and interrogated about his role in the Hong Kong protests.
