Two Australian politicians have been refused entry to China following criticism of the People's Republic.
Andrew Hastie and James Paterson, both members of Australian federal government, were due to go on a study tour in China next month, but have now had their visa applications rejected, with the Chinese embassy declaring they would be permitted to visit if they "genuinely repented" their comments.
