UN condemns summary executions in Turkey's Syria offensive

As Turkey continues its Syria offensive, the United Nations has
condemned videos of summary executions that have been streamed online.

The UN Human Rights office says fighters affiliated with Turkey filmed
themselves killing three Kurdish captives.
