A second whistleblower has claimed "firsthand knowledge" of information related to President Trump's dealings with Ukraine, according to lawyers representing the first one.
Mr Trump's July phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has sparked an impeachment inquiry by House Democrats.
