Russia says Syrian government reaches agreement with Kurds

Russia's special presidential representative on Syria says the Syrian government has reached an agreement with Kurdish people over access to the north-east of the country.

The envoy said only Syrian troops should be present near the border with Turkey, as Turkish troops continue their operation inside Syria.
