Trade negotiators for the China lead Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership or RCEP will meet this week for talks aimed at completing the regional free trade zone. The pact looks to establish a free trade zone across 16 countries in the Asia Pacific region. India's Commerce ministry says it is actively looking at participating in the deal.
