Hungary calls for EU dialogue with Turkey despite Syria offensive

Hungary's Foreign Minister has called on the European Union to hold a
dialogue with Turkey despite the country's offensive into Syrian
territory.

Budapest is concerned that deteriorating relations could result in an
increase of migrants traveling to Europe.
