Brexit talks are resuming in Brussels (Monday) with French President Emmanuel Macron warning a decision needs to be made this week on whether a deal is possible.
UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson is telling the EU Britain won't delay Brexit beyond October 31st, even though he may be required to do so by law.
Britain put forward new Brexit proposals last week but the European Union says they don't meet the requirements for a deal.
