BREXIT TALKS CONTINUE

The UK government says it's 'optimistic' a Brexit deal can be agreed by the end of the month.

UK and EU negotiating teams are continuing talks in Brussels ahead of a key summit later this week.

Britain is due to leave the European Union on October 31st.
