UN condemns double Afghan suicide bombings

The United Nations Secretary-General says he "strongly condemns" the
two separate suicide bombings which killed at least 48 people in
Afghanistan.

The Taliban targeted an election rally for President Ashraf Ghani and
a busy public square.
