UGANDA RWANDA TALKS ON EXTRADITION

Intro;


Uganda and Rwanda have agreed to finalize the treaty on extradition in order to provide a basis for the future exchange of criminal fugitives.

 

The two countries have accused each other of harboring groups that want to undermine their country's security.

 

This move has created tension between the two States, forcing Rwanda to close its border with Uganda.
