Russia, Iran and Turkey agree to ease tensions in Idlib

Russia, Iran and Turkey have agreed to ease tensions in Idlib- the last rebel held stronghold in Syria. 

Disagreements did persist on the question of threats from the Islamic State. While Russian President Vladimir Putin warned of ISIS sleeper cells in northeast Syria, Turkey's Recep Erdogan dismissed these concerns.
