European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker says he'll work 'day in, day out' to reach a Brexit deal with the UK.
Speaking in Strasbourg to MEPs, Mr Juncker said the risk of a 'no deal' Brexit is 'palpable'.
But he says the EU is willing to listen to proposals from the UK to replace the controversial Irish border backstop.
He's been updating the European Parliament after holding talks with UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson in Luxembourg on Monday.
