U.S. President Donald Trump says South Korea agreed to pay more for defence costs, Seoul says talks haven't even started


U.S. President Donald Trump says South Korea has agreed to pay "substantially more" to cover the cost of keeping American troops in the country.

However, South Korea's foreign ministry says official talks about shared military costs haven't even started.
