UN calls for investigation into excessive force used on protestors

The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights has called for
Hong Kong to investigate evidence of excessive force used against
protestors.

Hong Kong has seen ten weeks of demonstrations and leader Carrie Lam
now says there's a state of panic and chaos.
