Kremlin dismisses protest movement as ‘not significant’

A Kremlin spokesman says President Vladimir Putin has not commented on a wave of protests in Moscow because they aren't significant enough. For five weekends in a row, protests have been held in the Russian capital, with the latest round bringing in more than 50,000 people. Julia Chapman reports.
