Russian opposition figures give election authorities ultimatum

Russian opposition figures have given the country's election commission an ultimatum to register independent candidates or be faced with more large protests. It comes after more than 20,000 people gathered over the weekend calling for fair elections. Julia Chapman reports from Moscow.
