China accuses U.S. of playing role in Hong Kong protests

China has accused U.S. officials of orchestrating the recent violent
protests in Hong Kong.

Demonstrators have been taking to the streets in recent weeks to voice
their opposition to a proposed extradition bill.

Hong Kong's leader Carrie Lam has dropped the controversial bill but
protests have continued.
