US still planning Mexico tariffs, despite deal progress

The US says it will go ahead with plans to impose tariffs on Mexico
next week, despite making progress in border security negotiations.

Meanwhile Mexico is planning to deploy 6,000 troops to its border with
Guatemala to stop migrant caravans on their way to the US.
