LATEST CONSERVATIVE LEADERSHIP VOTE DUE

Conservative lawmakers in the UK will vote again later for the leader of their party, and also therefore next Prime Minister.

The candidate who wins fewest votes out of the remaining five men will leave the race.

Final ballots on Thursday will narrow the field to two contenders - with the party's wider membership choosing between them in the coming weeks.

Former Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson remains the clear favourite.

Although he is sticking less firmly to a pledge to have Britain out of the EU by October 31st.
