UPSKIRTING A CRIME IN ENGLAND AND WALES

'Upskirting' is now a crime in England and Wales.

Taking a photo or video under somebody's clothes can now lead to a two year prison sentence.

It follows a campaign by a woman who had a photo taken between her legs at a music concert in London in 2017.

Jen Thomas was 'up-skirted' on a train, and hopes the new law will raise awareness.
