UK Prime Minister Theresa May Insists Work is Underway on Brexit Compromise

The British Prime Minster will head to Brussels today (Wednesday) to seek a further extension of the Brexit deadline.

Speaking in the British Parliament, she told MPs that if they'd have backed her deal, an extension would not have been needed.

The Prime Minister has on three occasions failed to get a majority support in parliament for her Brexit deal, and the UK is facing a cliff-edge exit from the EU bloc on Friday 12th, unless the EU can grant an extension.
