South Korea's top court has ruled a 66-year-old ban on abortion is unconstitutional.
Bruce Harrison was outside the constitutional court when the decision was announced.

Abortion advocates celebrate the ruling.
For hours here they've chanted our bodies our choice.
Not 20 meters away and separated by police, anti-abortion demonstrators yell defiantly they will not accept the decision.
South Korea is one of few developed economies to still criminalize abortion.
But the court ruled the law must change by the end of 2020.
Illegal abortions are common here and women and doctors are rarely prosecuted.
But abortion advocates say the outcome will allow women access to safer procedures.
And it will help, they say, eliminate the social isolation women face for having an abortion.
