NASA's plans to return humans to space from US soil have suffered a setback.
It follows a failure during a weekend test on a SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule at Cape Canaveral that sent plumes of smoke over the Atlantic Ocean.
SpaceX is slated to carry American astronauts to the International Space Station later this year.
