North Korean state media reports the new tactical guided weapon has a 'powerful warhead.'

The report is vague, but the description suggests this was not a ballistic missile or nuclear device.

The news comes as the U.S. and North Korea struggle to maintain talks.

President Donald Trump has met leader Kim Jong-un twice.

But Trump appears no closer to convincing Kim to give up his nuclear weapons.

The report also puts greater pressure on South Korean President Moon Jae-in.

The public here is growing more convinced he'll be unable to maintain peace talks.
