LIBYA: UN warns attacks on civilians may amount to war crimes

With escalating violence in Libya, the United Nations is warning that attacks against civilians may amount to war crimes.


Forty seven civilians were killed over the past three days, according to the World Health Organization.


And the death toll is expected to rise as fighting intensifies in Tripoli.
