U.S. to leave 200 troops in Syria

The White House says a small peacekeeping group of 200 troops will
remain in Syria after a U.S. withdrawal.

In December President Trump announced that 2,000 American troops were
leaving the country in a move that prompted the resignation of his
Secretary of Defense James Mattis.
