UN: Venezuela travel ban against Guaido unlawful

A United Nations adviser has warned a travel ban and asset freeze
against Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido is illegal.

The country's president Nicolas Maduro imposed the measures after
Guaido declared himself interim President.
