The British Government has been forced to publish its legal advice on Brexit, after it was found in contempt of Parliament for refusing to do so.
The six page document indicates that the UK could be trapped indefinitely in a backstop arrangement, where it would be outside of the EU but inside the bloc's customs union - something that has raised many concerns among politicians.
