South Korea's Unification Ministry says it's still preparing for the trip.

Leader Kim Jong-un promised President Moon Jae-in he'd visit Seoul within the year.

But delays in U.S.-North Korea talks have led to speculation the trip may be postponed.

Moon's government has been questioning whether a fourth Moon-Kim summit should come before or after Kim and President Donald Trump meet for a second time.

Trump's government says he'll meet Kim again after the new year.
