Russia rolls out the red carpet for President Sisi

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi is in Moscow for talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.

The Russian leader is courting the U.S. ally as he works to advance Russia's position in the Middle East.
