Day 4 of the Royal tour downunder - Bondi beach and Invictus Games

It's been the day for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to get down to the serious business of their royal tour - but not without a bit of fun.
It was a bit of a different gathering when the casually dressed and barefoot Duke and Duchess headed to Bondi Beach to meet a group focused on mental well-being.
They joined OneWave - a surf community group raising awareness for mental health and well-being - for their weekly "anti-bad vibe" fluoro circle on the sand.
