UK Prime Minister Theresa May is fighting to hold onto her job long enough before British MPs head off on their summer recess.
On Tuesday her government won a crucial Brexit vote in the House of Commons on customs arrangements with the EU.
But on Wednesday she'll address Conservative MPs, knowning there are rumours that rebel lawmakers in her party are approaching the level of support they need to trigger a no-confidence vote on her leadership.
That could in turn lead to a change in Prime Minister and a general election - all while the UK is trying to negotiate Brexit with the EU.
Mrs May's former Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson is also due to deliver what could be an explosive statement on his resignation in the House of Commons later.
UK correspondent Olly Barratt says it's a pivotal 24 hours.
