U.S. strike deal with Chinese tech giant ZTE

The U.S. Commerce Secretary has announced that a deal has been struck
between the United States and Chinese tech giant ZTE.

This means that Washington will lift a ban that stopped the mobile
phone maker acquiring parts from the U.S.
