British Prime Minister Theresa May is facing a knife-edge vote on how much say Parliament should have over the Brexit process later Wednesday. Observers say the vote is too close to call.
The vote in the House of Commons follows a defeat for May's government in the House of Lords, the upper chamber which revises legislation, which voted to give MPs a so-called "meaningful vote" on the final Brexit agreement. From London, Catherine Drew reports.
