Macedonian president refuses to sign landmark name-change deal

Macedonia's president Gjorge (zhorge) Ivanov is refusing to sign a deal that would change the county's name to the Republic of North Macedonia.

The announcement comes after a historic agreement between Macedonia's Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and his Greek counterpart Alexis Tsipras to change the name ending a decades long dispute.
