US President Donald Trump says he'll decide within hours about how to respond to the latest alleged use of chemical weapons by the Syrians against civilians in the rebel-held east of the country.
The President also said that Russian leader Vladimir Putin will "pay a price" for his support of Syrian dictator Bashar al Assad.
