Landmark EU-Singapore trade deal moves towards ratification

The European Union has moved one step closer to signing a historic trade deal with Singapore, after its Commission recommended all member states ratify the deal before the year's end. It could help open up a market of more than 600 million people, as Dan Ashby explains.
