Experts from the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) are to be granted access to an alleged chemical attack site in Syria, Russia said Wednesday. The inspectors are set to investigate the circumstances of the April 7 incident in Douma where chemical weapons were reportedly used against civilians.
