In astonishing U-turn, Trump wants back in to the Trans Pacific Partnership

Republican lawmakers in the United States say President Trump has ordered his Chief Economic Adviser to begin immediate negotiations aimed at joining the Trans Pacific Partnership, the TPP.

It's a massive U-turn by the White House, as our Washington Correspondent Simon Marks reports.
