Hollywood director will not be charged for sex crimes

The Hollywood director, James Toback, will not be charged with sexual abuse.

Prosecutors say it's because the time allowed to bring charges against
him has expired.

He was one of many in Hollywood, accused of sexual misconduct, in the
wake of the MeToo and TimesUp movements.
